From the merino farmers, raised on natural grass pastures, and then prepared by the talented butchers of Braeside, these riblets are a MUST for any braai. You have a choice of riblets (plain or marinated) which when cooked on a high heat with nothing more than coarse salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon they make the perfect snack for the braai. We also are proud to have partnered with Chef Arnold to create the ultimate lamb spare rib. Brined, cooked and marinated without any chemical preservatives, colourants, etc this is perfect cooked on the braai, under the grill or even in a hot pan. When left uncooked and plain they are also called “lamb breast” and we can on request debone for you (and we send the bones with for you to cook stocks).
