Our ducks are raised especially for us by Nick from Duck Father. Why do we love what he does? Nick’s priorities are his family and because his ducks are his family, that includes his ducks. Based just outside of Bapsfontein, Nick and his wife treat their ducks with the love and respect that fowls deserve. Free range and fed a varied diet, these ducks are exactly what should be on your next dinner menu. We are proud of our partnership with Nick and Dianne.

Duck fat is best known for frying or roasting off potatoes. However try frying eggs, tossing some into bacon & Brussels sprouts, or simply spreading on sourdough bread and frying off for the best croutons for more tasty decadent options.
