Our chickens are farmed by a number of small farmers but our latest collaboration with Crest Free Range Chickens is ensuring a consistent supply of chickens that are not only raised the way nature intended but are yummy too.

We use chicken fillets which are then cut into stroganoff strips making it easier for stir frying.
