1 x 6kg - 8kgs Turducken (Apricot & Nut OR Chicken herbed sausage stuffing) Cooking instructions - Place in a closed roasting dish with 3 cups chicken stock, cook for 3 - 3.5 hours covered. Remove lid and cook for another 30 minutes uncovered to brown the skin. Also great to do on a Weber or similar kettle braai.
