Description

Our bacon is made by a small production team headed by Calvyn Wyngaardt. He uses our natural brine and traditional smoke method to make our uniquely delicious bacon. All our bacon is then sliced a little thicker than most “industrial” mass produced bacon.

 

Our venison back is made using venison sirloins which once Fleishmeister Calvyn has made bacon is the perfect substitute for traditional pork bacon.
