Our chicken sausages are made using only chicken breasts and skins, salt and dried herbs. We do not believe in adding soy, rusks, gluten or anything that takes away from this superior sausage. In our banger range we use natural pork casings and in our thinner breakfast sausage range we use sheep casings. By relying on allergen free sausage recipes and natural casings you are guaranteed of enjoying the best sausage.
