Description

Perfect for an easy roast! No bones so easy to carve. Place in a roasting dish with 1 cup of chicken stock, cover and cook at 180C for 1 hour 45 minutes. Then take cover off and cook for a further 15 minutes. Alternatively follow these steps but cook over the coals for a smoky finish. Easy and delicious! Average weight is 1.5kgs and enough to feed 4 – 6 hungry adults!
