Description

Our venison biltong is made using venison culled by ethical and “low stress cull” hunters, salt, pepper, coriander, cloves and a few other secret spices. It is marinated in wine vinegar and then air dried in a cool room to ensure that it has the most delicious taste. There are no allergens, colorants or gluten.
