Description

Our beef biltong snapsticks are made using grass fed beef silverside, salt, pepper, coriander, cloves and a few other secret spices. They are marinated in wine vinegar and then air dried in a cool room to ensure that it has the most delicious taste. There are no allergens, colorants or gluten. Try some and see why we even fly this to exotic places for addicted customers!

This version – we add a little dried chilli and paprika to give it a flavourful KICK!
