Description

Our bacon is made by a small production team headed by Calvyn Wyngaardt. He uses our natural brine and traditional smoke method to make our uniquely delicious bacon. All our bacon is then sliced a little thicker than most “industrial” mass produced bacon. Shoulder bacon is not as fatty as streaky bacon but being from the shoulder means it has a slightly “meatier” flavour. Packed in 250g or 1kg packs.
